2. Server Manager -> Features -> Add Feature -> SNMP Services (both) \\
Next & Install

3.Server Manager -> Configuration -> Services -> SNMP Service -> Properties -> Security 
  * add community: public (READ-ONLY)
  * allow connection from 10.0.4.5 (nagios)
